1. Scope of Digital Commercial Services
Explore Lucknow provides digital promotional and cataloging services to Lucknow business owners, including:
- Lifetime Business Listing (₹99 one-time): Permanent entry in the Lucknow directory with phone, WhatsApp, and location details.
- Promotional Tiers (Silver, Gold, Platinum): Featured marquee banners, top category rankings, and search highlight badges.
2. Digital Service Nature & Non-Refundability
Business listings and promotional spotlights on Explore Lucknow are intangible, digital marketing services. Service fulfillment commences immediately upon admin verification and digital deployment of your listing onto the live production portal.
Consequently, once a business listing or paid promotion has been reviewed, approved, and made visible to the public on explorelucknow.in, the service is deemed fully delivered and consumed, and fees paid are non-refundable.
3. Circumstances Eligible for 100% Refund
We maintain an ethical, transparent merchant relationship. A 100% full refund shall be promptly issued under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate Payment: If a merchant was debited twice due to a network glitch or payment gateway error for the same listing.
- Listing Rejection: If a submitted business listing is rejected during administrative review due to location ineligibility (outside Lucknow) or category restriction, the listing fee will be refunded in full.
- Non-Activation: If a verified listing is not deployed on the website within 7 working days of payment confirmation.
4. Refund Initiation & Processing Timeline
To request a refund under Section 3, please email contact@explorelucknow.in or message our merchant support on WhatsApp at +91 9170218761 with your payment transaction reference (UTR/UPI ID) and business name.
Once verified, refunds are credited back to the original source bank account or UPI VPA within 5 to 7 business banking days.
5. Voluntary Delisting Requests
Establishment proprietors may request the temporary hiding or permanent removal of their listed business at any time by sending a written notice from their registered WhatsApp or email. Voluntary delisting does not entitle the merchant to pro-rata refunds of previously utilized promotional periods.
